If you're over 65, you may qualify for the Seniors' discount. It lowers the cost of your basic insurance by 25%. Just remember that both the owner and principal operator of the car must be over 65, and the car can only be driven for pleasure use. Be sure to ask your ICBC Autoplan broker if you're eligible.
